Glad you brought in Iain McGilcrist's book. I think his thinking is very deep and important, although expressed problematically in places. So I am glad you value it, and appreciate your incisive summary of it.
I also appreciate the clarity you achieved in communicating these ideas about time. I can approach perceiving the world as one in the austere high mountains. But doing the same thing with time is hard for me. I don't like seeing the day end. Night is beautiful, but you can't see, it gets cold, and you have to crawl into your sleeping bag and "leave" the world.
