Great insight! How do these issues play out beyond e-commerce -- in the broader context? Also, isn't there a lot of forced trust in place now -- in that say a health insurance denies coverage based on an algorithm --where consumers have no choice?
By the way, we met in the late 90s when you were launching/ramping up Industry Standard. I was at a tech media buying agency. It was a stimulating presentation and discussion. Glad to see you're still making "good trouble."
