Hi Prudence,

"I have alot more work to flesh out these ideas. You can probably appreciate how hard it is to get that book length interconnected system of ideas in your head into a format other people can understand."

Absolutely! Ditto! Same with making progress and finding it exciting and daunting at the same time! Our missions and the strengths and weaknesses we bring to our missions sound remarkably parallel! I achieved a big milestone a few weeks ago in seeing an overall outline/structure, wrote a few pages that made me very happy, then immediately went into a huge slump, where I am now. I read and respond to Medium pieces to try to get back in the groove.

When I started years ago, I thought "book" but I'm certain my first deliverable is a Medium piece or like that, that I couldn't get anyone to read it in other than a short form. But even a Medium piece is daunting, because of how concise and readable it must be. So on one level, I'm just flogging myself to get it done, saying to myself "See? You've got the plan! Just execute!" The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak, and my nerves are shot. But... "gonna make it to the Moon if I have to crawl." And as you say, "But it has to come out, it will sit there nagging until it is released!" I could see us being sounding boards for each other's ideas and efforts to communicate them, to facilitate our progress.

I respect what you say about trauma of natural disasters, even if they are negligibly consequential. I'm in California. I've not been materially touched by the "anger" of nature, but it's still disturbing when you feel its presence in your life.
