I read those two pieces you linked. I think highly of your thinking. It looks like the answer to my questions is:

I think I agree that relationism makes more sense than competing theories, and also that relationism is a better platform for interhuman relations.
That said, a sincere question -- what do you do with relationism? What's its message? Is it "just bear in mind no analysis of anything is complete or final"? As a life philosophy, it sounds like Taoism -- "it is what it is" -- which is a very healthy attitude toward life, but by its nature doesn't offer a compass.
