I've read the Tractatus, Philosophical Investigations, plus a lot about Wittgenstein's ideas. I've never run into "neutral monism." I'd like to get a better sense of what it is. It's not clear to me to what extent it's a different framing of phenomenonology and/or empiricism. Both of those in their own way can be seen as reducing self-and-world (or Being) to experience -- as neutral monism seems to -- so I don't understand what neutral brings to the table on top of them or in place of them.
