The crucial question to me is: did the $14 cleaner provide the same level of service as the $100 cleaner? Sometimes you pay a person more because you believe or know they will do a better job. (After all, there are plenty of cleaners who do a poor job.) So did you give your client $14-quality in place of $100-quality work?
