This article makes me want to understand Spinoza further. What you describe so well seems pretty easy to digest and concur with. But I feel I'm missing something because I don't really understand what "substance" is, and other such terms and concepts out of the philosophical canon of his day. Is there any reading you recommend in this regard? Thank you!
