This is an excellent overview. It casts a wide net, so to speak, which is key to getting a handle on fascism, which is sort of a slippery concept. What do you think about fascism emerging from myth, as well as psychology and/or philosophy? Or would you see myth as a subset of one or the other? "Myth" meaning some mix of myth (cultural narrative?), mysticism, religion, etc. Fascism seems to imply a power relationship that is intuited in a revelation and accepted on faith. Maybe I'm thinking mostly of Nazism?
