This is thought-out, well-written and interesting... yet still... There is something really "off" about asking "when it comes to 100% certainty can our senses be trusted?" What is the basis for the thought that we should be able to trust our senses? Is it somehow a "black mark" on the cosmos that uncertainty is (except for the Cogito) absolute? What is it that there is something to be uncertain about? Sorry for the drive-by questions -- there is certainly more to unpack...
