This makes a lot of sense to me. I really appreciate you explaining it to me. I’m comfortable with reality grounded in consciousness. I agree consciousness is a platform for values, etc, and that will is about pursuing those values, etc. I deeply believe in living a life of deep values.

How and/or why God is or must be the foundation of all movement still escapes me. Is there more to be said on this point?

(Not that I disbelieve or deny God. It’s that for me, both God and naturalism work equally well as explanations—there’s nothing I see to tip the scales either way, and I try to live a good life no matter what.)
