Yes, that’s a clear yes lol. “The structure of the mind” might raise a question — does the structure of the mind manifest itself only in reaction to experiences, or does the structure of the mind at times end up generating ideas it generated by itself. I don’t have a real conclusion. Neuroscience is “inspecting” the car very carefully and has a lot of interesting revelations. And right now I’m reading a short good book on Heidegger by Medium’s very own Douglas Giles that is sparking many ideas. The hard part of the question might be some people might argue the way we frame experience in space and time (Kant) is itself an “idea” about experience that originates in our minds rather than in experience. I think perceiving in space and time is a biological thing, but I don’t know if that really answers the question.
