Your critique is deeply appreciated, Benjamin. I realize your questions need to be answered. Wittgenstein, Quine and Kripke (as well as Ayer, Sellars, Davidson and Dummett) were major influences.
A lot of their writings are "what's wrong with existing theories." Truth Units is "OK, so where do we go from here? How do we live?"
You're right to ask how Truth Units squares with the analytic canon (and phenomenological) canon, since it's a synthesis (and perhaps extension) of that canon. It's important to me to answer that question explicitly. So please look for a follow-up piece. Thank you.
